Build protection for water wells, Issyk-Kul region

In Mikhailovka village there are 4 wells, of which 2 large wells will soon be fenced with aiyl-okmotu efforts. For repair of the other two towers, Tort-Kul and Kalinin, the community lacks funding. It is extremely important to put a fence, as the wells themselves are strategic targets, where the entry of unauthorized persons and animals is prohibited. Also, the fence is necessary in order to protect against infection and water pollution. We received a request from the villagers asking to  protect the wells from external influences. This is necessary for the safety of the health of local residents.
