Chyngyz Akmatov graduated from the military school of the Bundeswehr in Germany and later graduated from the Law Faculty in one of the Kyrgyz universities.
In his work experience, Chyngyz managed to work in the the military, at manufacturing plants and in several banks in Kyrgyzstan. He specialized in procurement and logistics.
